Financing
We work with all the major manufactured home lenders, including 21st Mortgage, Cascade, Triad, Zippy and Cardinal. We offer FHA, VA, conventional and chattel loans. If you own land with equity in it, you can use that land as your down payment.
Delivery and set-up
We deliver all over Oklahoma and Texas. Every home includes:

- A/C installed
- Tie-downs to state code
- Two sets of steps
- Interior trim-out
Utility hookups are not included.
Trade-ins, used and repo homes
We buy used homes and can take your current home as a trade-in if it is tradeable. We also have access to repo homes from all of our lenders.
