Meet Jessup Housing: Homes for Ardmore, OK Buyers

Shopping for a manufactured home in Ardmore or Carter County, OK? Meet Jessup Housing, the Texas builder of Elite homes at Wholesale Manufactured Homes.

10/26/2026

If you live in Ardmore or anywhere in Carter County and you're comparing manufactured homes, it helps to know who actually builds them. One of the builders Wholesale Manufactured Homes works with at its lot on US-70 in Kingston is Jessup Housing. This post covers who Jessup is, the two series it builds, and the Jessup floor plans you can look at with Wholesale Manufactured Homes right now.

Who is Jessup Housing?

Jessup Housing is a manufactured home builder based in Texas. Its official website lists its address as 1001 West Loop 340 in Waco, Texas.

Jessup currently organizes its homes into two lines:

  • The Elite Series, its main lineup, with plans running from single-section homes to larger multi-section homes. Models include The Nixon, The Jackson, The Lincoln, The Patton, The Wilson, The Roosevelt, The Eisenhower, The Madison, The Murphy and The Royal.
  • The Promotional Series, which Jessup labels "Limited Time Only," with plans such as Molly (16x60), Tropic (16x66), Atlantis (16x76), The Nassau (28x48), Panama (28x56), Lakeland (28x60), Rosewood (28x64) and Bahama (28x76).

Jessup's model pages include floor plans and photos, so you can get a feel for layouts and finishes before you visit.

What's built into a Jessup Elite home

To see what Jessup includes, look at one Elite plan, The Wilson. Jessup's Wilson spec page lists it as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1,191 square feet. Among the standard features Jessup lists for it:

Outside, double-pane argon-filled windows, vinyl siding, architectural shingles, and a craftsman-style front door with a full-view storm door. Inside, 8-foot flat ceilings, PEX plumbing, a programmable thermostat, a living room ceiling fan, LED lighting and 2-inch blinds. In the kitchen, 42-inch overhead cabinets with hardwood cabinet doors, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator. The primary bath has a 72-inch deck tub and a 48-inch fiberglass shower with a glass door, and the home is total electric with 200-amp service.

Jessup also lists popular options such as upgraded insulation, an overhead air system, ceiling beams, an entertainment center with an electric fireplace, a tile backsplash and an over-range microwave. Jessup notes that specifications are subject to change without notice, so confirm the exact features on the home you order with our team.

Jessup Elite floor plans at Wholesale Manufactured Homes

Wholesale Manufactured Homes carries several Jessup Elite plans, from single-section homes to roomy multi-section homes:

The Jackson, The Lincoln and The Wilson are 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes at 1,191 sq ft and 16' x 76'. That's a lot of living space in a single-section home, which helps on narrower lots or when you want to keep your budget tight. A Wilson is listed on our home page at $88K.

The Roosevelt moves up to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in 1,680 sq ft at 32' x 56'. The Eisenhower stretches that to 1,800 sq ft at 32' x 60'. If you need a fourth bedroom, The Madison offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in 1,920 sq ft at 32' x 64'.

The Jessup Elite plan pages don't show prices, so ask us for a current quote on the plan and options you want.

Why the builder matters for Carter County buyers

When you buy a manufactured home, you're dealing with two companies: the factory that builds it and the retailer who sells, delivers and installs it. Knowing the builder helps you compare features apples to apples, find the floor plan details and options, and understand what the manufacturer's spec sheet says is standard.

Jessup is one of several builders Wholesale Manufactured Homes works with. The dealership also works with builders including TRU Homes, Clayton, Solitaire Homes and Cavco, so if a Jessup plan isn't quite right, our team can show you similar homes from other factories side by side.

If your land is inside Ardmore city limits or elsewhere in Carter County, check with the city or county about permits and setup requirements for your property before your home is delivered. Our team can talk through what your site will need.
